Fic: My Family and Other...Demons (Gen)

Title: My Family and Other...Demons
Fandom: Supernatural
Rating: All Ages
Warnings: Spoilers for season 4; pure speculation for season 5. I am spoiler-free and intend to stay that way.
Notes: Written for spn_summergen (that is, before the S5 premiere turned this into an AU). It was posted weeks ago on LJ; I just remembered I hadn't cross-posted elsewhere. Thanks to raynedanser for the super-fast beta!

Fic: Twenty Four Hours (Part One) (TS/SPN Gen)

Title: Twenty Four Hours (1/2)
Fandom: Sentinel/Supernatural Crossover
Rating: Mature
Pairing: None
Warnings: Gory details, but no "on-screen" violence.
Summary: Twenty four hours in the life of Detective Jim Ellison, in which he attempts to solve a particularly bloody murder.
Timeline: In Sentinel canon, this is set during season one, shortly after Cypher. In Supernatural canon, it's pre-series: Sam is 12, Dean 16.
Note 1: The story is a crossover, but heavy on the Sentinel. TS fen need not know anything about SPN in order to read the story. From the SPN side this is an outside-point-of-view story; a little familiarity with the Sentinel characters would be helpful, but is not essential.
Note 2: Written for marishna's multifandom picture challenge; marishna always gives me the best prompts (see my pic here), but I'm terribly late submitting this story. I hope she'll forgive me, and I hope the wait is worth it.
Note 3: A huge thank-you to raynedanser and sunnyd_lite who helped straighten me out when I ran into a writers' roadblock.

Fandom: Supernatural
Character/Pairing: Mary Winchester. Mary/John if you want to split hairs, but there's no sex, just the canon relationship.
Spoilers: Only up to All Hell Breaks Loose.
Fic: Thicker Than Water (Gen, Adult)

Title: Thicker Than Water
Rating: Adult (for bloody violence and some NSFW language).
Warnings: This is darkfic. Dark as in "the light at the end of the tunnel is the headlamp of an oncoming train". Character death is implied (but open to interpretation).
Prompt: Either Sam or Dean gets turned into either a vampire or a werewolf, and how the other deals with it.
Summary: In the dreams, it never happened the same way twice. Two things in the dream were always the same: Dean always asked Sam to kill him and Sam never could.
Notes: Timeline - Fresh Blood took place in early November and Dean's deal was due on May 2nd. Written for cho_malfoy in spn_summergen.
Fanfic Master List

This post links to all of the fanfic I have posted in my journal. The fanfic pages of my website is the most up-to-date place to find my fic. Stories posted in my LJ are usually my WIPs, and are posted having been proof-read, but not beta-read or properly edited. I do a final edit once each story is finished, and the versions on my site are always the edited versions. I do not go back and re-edit the LJ copy, except sometimes to correct glaring errors. This means my LJ is the first place to find most of my stories, but not the best place.

FIC: Hunter, Prey

TITLE: Hunter, Prey
FANDOM: Supernatural
RATING: All Ages
CHARACTERS: John Winchester, Bill Harvelle (not slash)
SUMMARY: He was under no illusions about who was the hunter and who prey. Every instinct told him to run like Hell. Like Hell. Yeah, that was funny.
WARNINGS: None
NOTES: Inspired by the Poorboyshuffle challenge. I picked the Johnny Cash song Greystone Chapel as my prompt. What I originally had in mind was a story very different from this one, but it simply refused to work. This has much less direct connection to my chosen song, though I still feel an emotional resonance between them.
